Wikimods allows communities of researchers to make annotations to the genomic sequencing of a model organism database.

Currently Wikimods is annotating Myxococcus xanthus and Caulobacter crescentus. Many more species are set to be added, if you are interested in having a species included, contact us.

You can use the genome broswer without registering, however if you want to make annotations to an organism you must register on the website. During the registration process you will subscribe to your lab or class. If your lab or class is not listed please let your PI or course instructor know.
